The InDepth Surfacing™ microsite was created to introduce a new, thicker solid surfacing product from Formica Corporation. InDepth Surfacing™, a horizontal surface that is 60% thicker than standard solid surfacing, provides the same functionality and maintenance of solid surfacing, but a premium look similar to granite and quartz. The microsite, partnered with a brochure that could be found in Home Centers around the country, had an easy to follow 1-2-3 step program in specifying your countertop, as well as an application photo gallery, some additional product information and a place to find the program warranty. The microsite was a great success and helped facilitate consumer orders for the new product.
