Clayco, a full-service developer and construction company based in St. Louis, commissioned KLI to design their new logo and graphic standards program. In support of their new tagline, "The Art and Science of Building," we selected a large and small cap, serif typeface – large and small caps to convey strength and in a serif font to communicate to Clayco's artful way of building and managing projects. The color palette was built on the established equity in Clayco's maroon with complimentary colors for the company's other business units. The system included identity, business papers, collateral, uniforms and permanent and temporary signage for multiple locations, facilities and vehicles.
